Internal Medicine is the specialty dealing with the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of adult diseases.
The department of Internal Medicine provides comprehensive medical care to patients above 14 years of age. Our Internists are qualified to solve complex diagnostic problems and handle severe chronic illnesses and balance delicate situations, when several different illnesses may strike at the same time. They also bring to patients an understanding of preventative medicine, men and women’s health, substance abuse, mental health, as well as effective treatment of common problems.
