Skin is made up of three layers-the Epidermis, Dermis and the Subcutis. Mesotherapy is a procedure of directly injecting certain bioactive substances into the middle layer of the skin i.e., the Dermis.
For skin indications like
For Hair indications like
When the nutrients/drugs/bioactive substances are directly injected into the dermis , they are directly absorbed into the blood vessels enabling direct nutritional and therapeutic benefits. Hence this procedure promotes faster skin rejuvenation and regeneration.
For hair- it helps by revitalizing the hair by providing nourishment to the hair follicles. It also stimulates blood circulation to the scalp which helps in reactivating the hair follicles.
It can be performed by invasive and non-invasive technique
Pre-treatment care
Post treatment care
Depending upon the indication ,mesotherapy can be performed once a month for anywhere between 3- 6 sessions.
Helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, blackheads, acne marks/scars, age spots, hyperpigmentation and more.
Filler injections use collagen or hyaluronic acid to get rid of wrinkles, and plump the face, boost skin radiance.
A procedure that induces aggression in the uppermost layer of skin, causing the derma to rebuild with healthy skin tissue.
Micro-needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a process involving repetitive puncturing of the skin with sterilized micro-needles attached to an automatic mechanical pen like device to create tiny wounds, which help in triggering collagen stimulation. It can be conveniently used to treat specific skin areas of the body. The depth of the needles is adjusted by your doctor according to the skin concerns and areas of treatment. The most common cause of fine lines, wrinkles, atrophic acne scars is loss of collagen. Since micro-needling helps build collagen by stimulating its production it is very beneficial in skin resurfacing.
Before the procedure a topical numbing cream is applied on the treatment area for about 40 minutes to an hour. Since the skin is numbed prior to the treatment there is no or minimal discomfort during the procedure. The depth of the micro-needles is then adjusted by your doctor according to the area of treatment for best outcome. Through physical trauma from needle penetration, micro needling induces a wound healing cascade with minimal damage to the epidermis( the outermost layer of skin ) The skin cells rush to heal this micro trauma, and an ideal environment for collagen and elastin production is created. This allows for enhancement in the absorption of mainstay topical therapies ( home care creams/ serums /solutions ) across the thick stratum corneum ( thick outer layer of our skin ) This sequentially leads to the generation of growth factors which stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, thus helping in skin rejuvenation. During the procedure a serum/ solution (mesotherapy solution) depending on the skin concern is also applied on the skin, to enhance its absorption through the micro channels created on your skin's surface. Micro-needling can also be combined with Platelet rich plasma therapy ( PRP ) The device is moved over your skin's surface in various directions and multiple pin point channels are created.
Micro needling is a very simple, safe , effective and minimally invasive therapeutic technique. It can be used for a very wide range of indications such as management of acne scars, post traumatic/burn scar, alopecia, skin rejuvenation, stretch marks, pigmentation reduction, melasma, and even for that extra glow and improvement of skin texture. Under eye pigmentation and dehydration can also be managed with micro-needling after combining it with various mesotherapy solutions. The entire treatment takes about an hour, and it is done in sessions. Each session is done at a gap of 30-35 days. It is important to take sessions at a regular interval for best out come and results. Even days after the procedure your skin will continue to actively stimulate collagen production,
It is a quick office / OPD based procedure . Micro-needling typically causes mild skin redness and some dryness that can last for a few days. Redness and dryness depends on the depth of the needles used during the procedure. Thus it has no to very minimal downtime depending on the depth of the needles used and your skin type. One should follow all the post procedure instructions given. Sunblock with an SPF of 30+ should be used. Mild cleansing agents should be used and skin hydration is a must. One should avoid letting the skin become dry and thus moisturizers should be used liberally. Avoid swimming /steam/sauna for a week. One should not use retinol based creams/ vitamin C serums for at least 7 -10 days post procedure.
Boosts skin hydration, improves skin quality, lessens the appearance of acne scarring, reduces fine lines.
Reduces wrinkles and skin irregularities like blemishes and scars by removing damaged skin.
The laser concept was introduced by Einstein in the year 1917. The properties that make laser light special is that it has a single colour and travels parallelly in a straight line. It is this property that helps target specific cells without affecting the surrounding tissue for desired results. If you compare a flashlight with a laser, a flashlight goes all over the place while a laser light is pointed and target specific.
There is a general concern about the safety of Lasers. In simple terms, Lasers are absolutely safe. They fall between the light spectrum of visible light and our commonly used Tv, Radio and cellphone rays. Lasers are non-ionising radiations, meaning non cancerous, and not related to the X-rays which has been a regular concern.
Laser treatment benefits the skin, with many of its uses. It can be used to stimulate collagen production, exfoliate the skin. It can be used to treat a variety of skin problems like;
Each Laser session is spaced approximately between 4 to 6 weeks, as downtime for the skin cells to rejuvenate.
Laser results for most cases are generally permanent. In case of wrinkles and skin tightening as aging is a progressive course of nature, a maintenance session as per the patient age and skin type is required.
In Laser hair removal, the laser specifically targets melanin in hair follicles and is destroyed by heat without affecting the surrounding tissue. This is the advantage of LHR over other services. Since melanin pigments are present in hair follicles, it is important to not wax or thread the area prior to the LHR procedure, as it effects the results.
Lasers are classified by the source of light production like CO2, diode, NdYag etc and these sources determine the depth of penetration of laser light in the skin. It is important to choose the right Laser source according to skin type for optimal results and minimal side effects.
LHR is Permanent hair reduction, each session progressively reduces the thickness of the hair, gradually rendering it fine and barely visible.
The number of sessions required for hair removal is based on the thickness, colour and area concerned, and varies with each individual. The sessions are generally spaced between 4 to 6 weeks intervals.
The results can be observed with the very first session, in relation to the reduction in density and reduced rate of hair growth.
A treatment that blends exfoliating skin procedures with the infusion of hydrating serums.
Hydradermabrasion (commonly known as hydra facial) is a very popular non-invasive skin treatment which uses the patented technology of crystal free microdermabrasion in which vaccum creating tips are used to pneumatically apply various topical serums to enhance delivery of various bioactive molecules to the skin. It has benefits over traditional microdermabrasion by not using cumbersome crystals and thus reducing chances of irritation and eye injury. Additional benefits of deeper delivery of various skin rejuvenationg components to the skin. The use of this technology along with various serums for various indications leading to cleasing, exfoliating and hydration of skin which results rapidly in younger, healthier looking glowing skin.
Depending on the desired effects and components of various serums used for the procedures, the results of hydra facial for different indications, usually last for four to six weeks
Hydra facial is a safe and non-invasive treatment of skin with minimal downtime and subsequent sessions can be safely and effectively performed every two to four weeks depending on indications and patient’s expectations
Reduces dark circles, eye bags, and hollows under eyes.
Peri-orbital hyperpigmentation, commonly called dark circles, results in tired looking eyes, and can affect an individual’s self-confidence and people seek treatment mainly for cosmetic reasons.
Risk Factors:
The management of dark circles depends on its cause and dermatologists prefer to use patient tailored treatment regimens.
The various options available for undereye rejuvenation:
These treatments aims to promote collagen production, decrease the melanin in the skin, correct fine lines and wrinkles, fill the hollows, and correct the laxity of eyelid skin, thus improving the appearance of dark eye circles.
A combination of various modalities are required in undereye rejuvenation and correction of dark circles.
These procedures are safe, effective and relatively painless. A topical anaesthetic cream is applied for 30-45 minutes to make the skin numb. Minor side effects noted immediately after these treatments include mild skin irritation or itching, redness, bruising, swelling, mild pain, superficial skin peeling and temporary bluish discolorations, which usually resolve within 48-72 hours.
Prolonged erythema, pigmentation, infections and scarring are seen rarely, especially in those with very thin skin or underlying medical conditions. Long-term complications are rare.
People can help prevent the appearance of dark circles by addressing lifestyle factors. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle with quality sleep, balanced diet, and proper hydration all help prevent dark circles. Broad spectrum sunscreens and ultraviolet (UV) coated sunglasses can help prevent dark circles.
Boosts skin radiance and shine, easily absorbed, highly effective, a safe and quick skin treatment.

Acne scars are the most common complication of acne i.e pimples on the face and the body.
Acne scars are the most common complication of acne i.e pimples on the face and the body. These could range from simple flat red blemishes to deep atrophic scars and rarely raised hypertrophic scars.
Patients usually come with complaints of ueven skin texture with pits/prominent pores on the face that formed after their acne disappeared.
Acne scars can be graded as mild ,moderate and severe based on their appearance and their noticeability.
They are of the following types:
Acne scars are the result of inflammation induced by acne that causes abnormal collagen production
Inflammation caused by acne is the main risk factor for acne scarring hence acne has to be treated at the earliest to remove the trigger for scarring especially in patients with genetic pronicity for scarring.
Anything that further triggers inflammation like experimenting with OTC products or home remedies to treat acne, or even picking of acne aggravate scarring.
Once formed, scars never disaapear on their own as it is a structural deformity and hence gives uneven texture to the skin.
Earliest management and clearance of acne
Avoid picking on acne
DO not use unknown OTC creams /home remedies on the acne.
If you have moderate to severe acne for long time or a known scarring tendency, see your dermatologist to get your acne treated and prevent scar formation.
Acne scarring is a clinical diagnosis. Your Dermatologist will do a detailed examination, to know your scar type and tailor the management accordingly.
Tethered scars i.e. Scars which are tightly bound to underlying structures with fibrous septae are treated with SUBCISION, a procedure where in these septae are released using special needles.
Icepick scars are treated using special chemical peel procedure calls TCA CROSS
Rolling and box scars are treated with MNRF i.e. Microneedling Radiofrequecy or Laser resurfacing both of which help in collagen remodelling.
Hypertrophic scras need intralesional steroids injected in to them.
Macular scars are treated with Q switch Nd YAG laser toning.
Thus acne scarring treatment is a combination of treatments according to the presentaion in respective patients and it is planned after the clearance of acne. Minimum 4 to 6 sessions are needed depending upon their severity and are performed at an interval of 4 to 6 weeks.
Treatment at the earliest helps in safe and effective rejuvenation of acne scarring as well as gives overall skin tightening epsecially with MNRF treatment.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection is one of the most popular treatments to promote
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection is one of the most popular treatments to promote the cell regeneration process by utilizing vital and necessary growth factors. PRP is created by separating platelets from a sample of a patient’s own blood through a technique of spinning the blood in a centrifuge. This process separates clean plasma rich in platelets from the red blood cells, the so-called PRP. This PRP is then injected back into the patient in places that are need regeneration and treatment. Besides platelets PRP also contains several growth factors, proteins, and cytokines, which in turn supply the scalp with everything needed for hair growth, skin regeneration, bone healing and so on.
PRP technology is based on stimulating stem cell division. Stem cells are the primitive cells that can divide and reproduce themselves to create various kinds of specialized cells like skin cells, cartilage cells and others. These stem cells are responsible for the regeneration of damaged cells which lead to the automatic production of new cells in the body and the regeneration of various tissues, enhancement of the growth of the new blood vessels and stimulation of the wound healing process. As we age the skin loses a lot of the collagen responsible for keeping skin-tight and looking fresh. PRP can help with reshaping these cells, restoring the skin’s lost freshness and vitality.
PRP can either be injected inside the skin by Micro injections or Derma pen method, or by direct injection to restore freshness to the skin. It is also injected in the scalp to restore the growth of hair. It can also be added to fat drawn from the same patient. These fats with PRP are then injected into the desired places as the self-plasma gives more consistence to the fats and prolongs the survival of the injected fat cells to a great extent.
PRP technology is safe and approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Side effects are extremely rare because it depends on injecting biological material from a patient’s own body back into their body. Accordingly, it is highly unlikely that the body will reject the injected material. The transmission of any bacterial infection when using this product is extremely low due to the high standards of sterility implemented during the manufacturing process and during treatment.
A small quantity of blood is drawn from the patient (approximately 11 ml). The blood is drawn in sterile American produced, and FDA approved syringes and vials made specifically for this purpose. This blood is then put in a special device called a centrifuge which spins the blood to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. From this plasma we can get platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This procedure takes 5-10 minutes. Once completed the doctor injects the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into areas where treatment is desired, restoring vitality of the tissue and the regeneration of cells and collagen.
The number of PRP treatment sessions needed varies from case to case, and the time interval required between each treatment sessions varies. Your doctor will advise the best number based on stage of hair loss, age, and other factors. But typically, patients undergo 3 to 4 PRP treatment sessions for skin (3 to 6 for hair), spaced at intervals ranging from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Results from PRP injections begin to appear after a period of 3 to 8 weeks from when treatment started. This is the time required to stimulate the growth of natural collagen and regenerate skin cells to promote improved health and nutrition. Achieving full and results may require a period of one full year. The results also differ from one person to another.
There are some precautions and medical contraindications for the use of PRP, many centred around infection with some diseases. The diseases and infections which prohibit the use of PRP injections are:
Therefore, it is advisable to take medicines which affect blood platelets like aspirin and non-steroidal inflammatory drugs (arthritis drugs)
There are many causes of hair loss which vary from person to person. But whatever the cause of hair loss
There are many causes of hair loss which vary from person to person. But whatever the cause of hair loss, treatment using Platelet Rich Plasma injections is effective and gives favourable results. PRP treatments are especially effective in the early stages of hair loss. The most common causes of hair loss and baldness are:
It is preferable to start doing PRP treatments before reaching severe baldness. Thus, it is advisable to start treatments immediately after the first signs and symptoms of hair loss.
The number of PRP injection sessions varies from case to case, and the time interval required between each treatment sessions varies. Your doctor will advise the best number based on stage of hair loss, age, and other factors. But typically, patients undergo three to six PRP treatment sessions, spaced at intervals ranging from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Results from PRP injection for hair usually show within three to six months, which is the time needed to regenerate the hair follicle cells and provide the health and nutrition these follicles need to grow into hair again. Generally, the results of the first PRP treatment begin to appear after about a month when patients notice that hair loss has stopped and there is the slight appearance of soft hair at the injection sites. The soft hair then starts to grow thicker like the patient’s natural density before hair loss began. Patients also notice that the new hair grows in healthy and beautiful after the PRP treatment. The person's expectations of the results and the required period is one of the most important factors affecting the achievement of the required goal.

Laser hair removal works by using powerful beams of light to target and penetrate groups of hair follicles
Laser hair removal works by using powerful beams of light to target and penetrate groups of hair follicles in the skin, heating the internal structures and destroying the folliclesability to produce hair. The laser alsoshrinks the follicle. There are a variety of different laser treatments available which work on different skin and hair colors. Best results from laser hair removal are seen on light colored skin with dark, thick hair but good results can be achieved on all colors and types of skin and hair. Body areas are treated with lasers between 6 and 12 times to achieve a hair free result which can last for between 1 and 10 years. Laser hair removal is not permanent as such, it offers permanent hair reduction
The LHR treatments available have beendesigned to be a way to remove problematic body hair on both men and women for several years.Laser hair removal is generally considered to be a long-term solution for removing body hair when compared to other hair removal methods. The results vary between individuals and it how long the hair free results last for depend upon how well you have responded to the laser hair removal procedure. Permanent reductions in hair growth are seen in most people who have laser hair removal treatment. The more treatments you have, the greater the chances of you achieving longer hair free periods.
The number of laser hair removal treatment sessions you will need is dependent upon several things.
All determine how many sessions you may need to try and get good levels of hair loss. Between 4 and 6 treatments are usually needed initially to achieve good hair reduction if you have been deemed a good candidate for a laser procedure. However, in most cases, 6-12 session are required for optimum results. Your practitioner / Doctor will decide how many initial treatments you will need. Multiple initial treatments are needed to make sure that the body hair is targeted in all active phases of the hair growth cycle
There needs to be a period between laser hair removal treatments during a course. Treatments are normally spaced around 4 to 10 weeks apart, with the minimum being around a month between treatments. The reason for the gaps between treatments is to allow time for hair follicles which are in the dormant stage of the hair growth cycle to become active. This helps to target more active hair follicles and helps to give the better results.
